CCTV camera depicting a three-wheeler colliding with a front wheel

A CCTV camera mounted at a nearby vehicle repair station showed the three-wheeler accident at the Bohagamaditta area in Haliela on the Badulla-Colombo main road.
The accident occurred when the front wheel of the three-wheeler was taken off.
Security camera footage shows how a young child was rescued by a passenger at the time of the accident.
